We do not keep ready-made pieces in stock; each item is created individually according to the selected design.

Production usually takes five to ten business days from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.
If a bank transfer is selected, production begins once the payment is visible in the account.
Your order will be shipped no later than ten business days via GLS, Croatian Post, or another delivery service if preferred.
You will be informed immediately and receive a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders that require additional customization or more complex craftsmanship may take up to 14 days.
Worldwide shipping is complimentary.

For all tracked shipments, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the jewelry within 14 days.
The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost is covered by B Art upon receiving the returned item.

Yes. Every piece arrives in a carefully prepared gift box, ready for gifting, even if the gift is for yourself.

Most rings feature an open design in a standard size and can be easily adjusted to fit the finger.
If you have particularly slim or wider fingers, please let us know so we can adjust the size during production.
Some rings are not adjustable, and in that case, we will contact you before production begins.

We repair B Art pieces exclusively, and shipping costs in both directions are covered by B Art.
