This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the B Art, Production and Trade Craft Business brand. Please review the delivery terms before placing your order.


1. Delivery Method

All mail and parcels are shipped via Croatian Post, GLS, or another delivery channel if agreed with the customer. Shipments are sent as registered parcels with a tracking number whenever possible.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is complimentary for all orders, regardless of the delivery country. The customer does not incur any additional shipping or packaging costs.


3. Delivery Time

Ordered products will be dispatched within 5 to 14 business days after the order and payment have been confirmed, if bank transfer has been selected as the payment method.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and is, on average:
Croatia: 5-10 business days
Europe: 8-14 business days
Rest of the world: 8-15 business days

4. Shipment Tracking

For all orders sent as registered shipments with a tracking number, the customer will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.



5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event that the shipment does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the customer should contact us using the contact details provided on the website.

If the shipment arrives damaged, the customer is required to report the damage within 3 days and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product.



6. Special Notes

Please make sure to enter accurate delivery information. In the case of incorrect or incomplete details, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrectly entered information.
