These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products from the B Art assortment through online sales. By purchasing a product, the end user accepts these terms.


2. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Croatian Post, GLS, or another delivery channel if agreed with the customer. Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Delivery time depends on the recipient’s location and is approximately 5 to 14 business days.


3. Payment Methods

The customer may make a payment using the following methods:

-Cash, for personal collection or by special arrangement
-Bank transfer, according to the issued offer
-Stripe, card payment via a secure online service in accordance with Stripe’s terms (https://stripe.com/legal)

3. Product Creation

All B Art products are handcrafted exclusively after the order has been received and payment has been confirmed.

Products are not kept in stock, but are made individually according to the existing design or agreed details.

This way of working ensures the highest quality and authenticity of each jewelry piece.
The production time depends on the complexity of the ordered product, and the customer will be informed about the estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.


4. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations and the Consumer Protection Act.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost is covered by B Art.

In the case of a complaint due to transport damage, the customer is required to contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

The data is used exclusively for order delivery purposes and communication with the customer.
